Key Polymer VOC Free Floor Restore
This is the product of choice for most applications.
It is easily applied with a squeegee to assure deep penetration into
the wood floor. The end result is a floor surface that is a dense composite
of wood and epoxy. It is not applied as a thin surface coating.
A single kit contains enough material for a single coat
for one trailer. It is easily applied at your facility or at one of
our many dealers.
Two kit sizes are available. These are easily divided
for use on 28 foot trailers, straight trucks and vans.

Smooth Move -
The Choice for Furniture Vans
This is the product of choice for most operations that require a smooth
surface for sliding furniture and other items like poly bagged mattresses.
Furniture Van operators require a High Gloss, High Slip
floor coating to meet their needs. Easily applied with a squeegee and
a high quality thin nap roller, Smooth Move seals and protects Furniture
Van floors while restoring the look that professional movers want.
It is a both a reinforcing gap filler and bright smooth
topcoat. The floor surface is a pure epoxy surface. It is Solvent-Free,
VOC-Free product and meets today's safety and environmental requirements.

Key Crack Filler
Restoration of some damaged wooden trailer floors requires filling of
deep gouges and cracks. Key Crack Filler is formulated to handle those
tough filling applications while remaining fully compatible with Floor
Restore Coatings.
Key Crack Filler is applied with a putty knife. You
can even over-coat with Floor Restore or Smooth Move before Key Crack
Filler is fully cured.

Slip
Stop
When properly applied, Key Polymer Floor Restore
has a slip characteristic similar to that of a new wooden floor. With
Key Polymer Slip Stop, non-slip properties can be added while applying
Floor Restore to the entire trailer, or to the rear part of the trailer
only. The addition of Slip Stop provides a surface similar to rubber.
Slip Stop is supplied in 2.5 pound bags. Use two for
a 48' or 53' trailer.

Key Guard -
Chemical Resistant Floor Surface
Key Guard Floor Restore is a heavy duty floor surface that resists acids
and many other chemicals. It has been specifically formulated to prolong
the life of new wooden trailer floors that will be exposed to battery
acid and other corrosive elements. Used trailer floors that have not
been exposed to corrosives also can be treated with Key Guard to repair
delaminations and restore structural strength.
Key Guard leaves a level, non-slip, Kevlar® fiber-reinforced
surface that is highly flexible, even at sub-zero temperatures. It eliminates
damage to freight from road water and completely seals the floor. Trailers
treated with Key Guard can be detergent washed frequently without damage
to the wood.
Key Guard is applied with a towel.
Kits sized to cover 24 square feet at 1/8" thickness
are available. Seventeen kits are required to do a 48' x 102" trailer.
